If you’re looking for a good cardio workout, choose running over walking and rowing over either, but if you’re looking for a good cardio workout and you’re short on time, jumping rope can be a super good alternative. An intense 15 minute rope jumping session will likely do for you what 30 minutes of running can do. Plus, it can be fun and challenging. Try double unders, crossing your arms or some fancy footwork.
