Tony Horton, a celebrity trainer, fitness professional and guru, and host of many Beach Body exercise videos, leads a group of lean individuals in serious sweat attacks in his P90X series of workout videos. As I mentioned, the Ab Ripper X video, which is the last in a series of 12 muscle building routines, is a short workout - just 15 minutes. But any longer and you’d be in serious pain afterwards.
For the routine, Tony takes you through 11 different exercises from bycicle-kicks to crunchy frogs and fifer scissors (yes - those are what they’re named).
